The dog trick (Live & Laugh)

Sometimes something totally crazy can lead to something fun! Instead of feeling ashamed or stupid, you can turn a situation into something positive. An old and proven proverb is: “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade” 🙂

Cake or Cupcakes? (Grow & Develop)

Sincere appreciation and positive confirmation is among the most effective tools to show someone you care. It is also one of the quickest tools to use and require no preparation. Despite of the that most of us are budgeting our positive feedback instead of giving generously. 39% of employees feel underappreciated at work, with 77% reporting that they would work harder if they felt better recognized. Say it , show it – There is no reason for holding back.

What do the followers say?

“You are speaking to issues that people are afraid to address in a way that is palatable and attractive!” USA

“You are so courageous! Our mom would have fainted and our dad would have applauded. I am so impressed!” (Helenas sister Marion) Sweden

“I just simply love it!” Mauritius

“This is so refreshing! I love yourself-distance. Having your daughters tell the other side of the story – so funny!” Canada

“I love it; the videos were captivating, engaging and honest” USA

“What an effective and simply humorous way to describe fundamental serious aspects of our lives!” UK

“I love you and what you have created! There is much positive energy flowing from what you have created!” USA

“What a fantastic vlog! – It made me so happy! You are such a inspiration of lifequest and joy!” Sweden

A piece of cake! (Grow & Develop)

You don’t need to run a marathon in New York City to feel successful. You can do your own thing and define success with your own measurements. You can even “cheat” and still feel proud!

Dare to jump!

”To do a Helena”  is an expression my daughters’ friends are using when they dare to do something courageous without knowing how it will end    đꙂ

Half the world´s population today say they are not happy at work.

80 % of all of us fail in reaching the personal goals we set.

I believe we have what we need, we just need to use it instead of thinking of it.

We want to do so much in life but we are afraid. The fear of failure is greater than the courage to dare.

Nelson Mandela said: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us”

This vlog aims to inspire you to be YOU – the best YOU you can be.

It is our responsibility to live our lives to the fullest.

And to dare to jump, fail, laugh, move on and succeed.

Dare to ask the question! (Grow & Develop)

What are we so afraid of? We want to but we do not dare to say what we feel or say what we desire or dream for. What is the worse thing that can happen?

Toootally natural – Or not?  (Live & Laugh)

We are all different. Different bodies, appearances, and personalities. Shouldn’t life be about being your “very best self” in every context instead of looking like everyone else? I’d rather be the best version of MYSELF than a bad copy of someone else.

Help a friend! (Share & Care)

We do a lot of talking but there’s often very little action. We talk about integration but most of us don’t know immigrants or refugees, let alone have any as our friends. How could they, for example, learn how to drive if they don’t have a car or know anyone who can practice driving with them? And driving in Sweden is of course a little different from driving in Brazil ..

How hard can it be? (Share & Care)

None of us can save the entire world, but all of us can do something for someone else. If everyone would do something for someone else, I am absolutely convinced that the world would look a lot different. One person at the time..
