Meetings, msg, calls… I don´t always have total control. As a good friend tells me: “That’s what happens if you are an optimistic whirlwind”. Funny things DO happen when I don’t have total control!
We all need a family. A haven where we can rest, where we feel loved and a place we can all come back to. And family today can be anything you want it to be 🙂
It started with betrayal, continued with fraud and ended with a severe accident. My last 5 years has for different reasons been the most challenging in my life. But thanks to seeing a therapist I have been able to see my own role, see me for who I am and understand how I can deal with overwhelming situations.
We all do stupid things sometimes and for some of us it remains a bad memory. But when u have the ability to turn it around, look at it and laugh at it you have the ability to turn “a lemon into lemonade”. It might even turn out to be the best thing that happened to you. It is all about how you see things in life.
What keep us from developing is almost always the fear of failing. We are soooo afraid of failure instead of understanding that failure is a part of developing! My friend Tony Friede succeeded in having me do something I never thought I could do!
