TAKE A LEAP!
We are afraid of almost everything, almost always.
We think we don’t have time, money, opportunities or resources, when, in fact, we are simply afraid. We are afraid of failure and the fear is greater than the courage to try.
So much of our time is wasted on thinking “what if …” instead of give it a try and see how it goes. Of course there will be setbacks and screw-ups along the way, but that’s part of developing and moving forward towards success.
The human brain is seven times more likely to remember a negative event than a positive one. When we finally dare and “fail”, we give up instead of treating failure like the researcher Tony Buzan says:

“It’s only a black hole – there are many black holes on the way to success and if we treat them like what they are – bumps on the road – we are less afraid to fail”.
Every time we leave our comfort zone as we evolve, we become braver, we dare more, we live more. Isn’t that what we all really want to do? Live our best lives. Be the best version of ourselves
In this vlog I will share my own experiences from my 28-year long career as a salesperson, management trainer, CEO and entrepreneur, but also as a mother, daughter and friend. As the owner of Ståhl + Partners AB, I have developed over 100 simple and effective tools that managers and employees have successfully used in over 57 countries. You will learn about them in this blog. I will also share research, surveys and quotes that I have been collecting throughout the years. I have done both successful and crazy things, and I have tried to give back to the world. My thoughts and advice on this will be found here in my vlog
I want to inspire you to take a leap, and to do all the things you wish to do. You will surely hit some roadblocks on the way, but just keep on going!
It’s our responsibility to ourselves to make the best of what we have. To live our lives to the fullest, without hurting anyone else. I’m not Superwoman – I’m just an ordinary girl from Gävle, a single mother and a self-employed business owner. But I dare to jump 🙂
