WE SPEND MOST OF OUR TIME THINKING ABOUT WHAT WE NOT ARE DOING!
According to a Harvard study, 47 % of the time we are thinking about things we are NOT doing! We use almost half of our time to reflect on what has been, what might happen or what will not happen at all – Instead of doing what we want to do.
The study also showed that we are happiest when we have sex, work out, or have a good conversation with someone. We feel least happy when we are working, resting, or sitting at home in front of a computer.
The study was conducted by psychologists Matthew A. Killingsworth and Daniel T. Gilbert at Harvard University, and included 2,250 individuals.
